​​The Acadis Portal provides secure access to certification records, training information, and official agency documentation.

Onboarding Process

Step 1 – Agency Submits Roster
The agency submits the completed roster through the designated process. (See video below)

Step 2 – Validation by Standards and Training
Standards and Training reviews and validates the roster for accuracy and completeness.

Step 3 – Upload to Acadis
Once validated, the roster is uploaded into Acadis.
Each listed employee will receive an automated email from Acadis requesting any required additional information.

Step 4 – Role-Based Access in Acadis
Agency Administrators, Training Officers, and Officers have system permissions based on their assigned roles within Acadis.

Step 5 – Electronic Submission Only
Do not mail documents to Standards and Training.
All documentation and required actions must be completed within Acadis.

Role Access Explained

Individual Officer Access

Officers may use the portal to:

  • View certification status and complete training history
  • Search for and register for upcoming training courses
  • Access and complete available online training

Training Officer Access

Training Officers can:

  • View agency-wide training records
  • Register personnel for training events
  • Report In-Service training hours

Agency Administrator Access

Authorized Agency Administrators may submit official documentation to POST, including:

  • Change of Status Certification Forms
  • Roster Forms (BLEOST, BETST, BJOST)

Access to certain features is role-based and restricted to authorized personnel.
